The guy working there the night I picked up was next door at McDonald’s when I went in to get the keys. When he showed up, he was all upset that I had checked in on the app because he had looked earlier and not seen any more pickups. Then, there was no dolly or blankets. Even worse, there was only enough gas to go 3 miles. I had to fill the tank up just to drive off the lot!

Leonard SNone at this time.
donald bDrove to pickup and trailer was not available. Drove to next location which was at busy convience store with one employee.
Stephen EDon't switch customers from real U-Haul locations to out-of-the-way gas stations where the single person working the location is too busy ringing up people's gas or chew or cigs.
