Finding the code to get in was a nightmare, having to sit on the steep incline was frustrating. The trucks were parked in an area that was muddy/standing water. It was super hard to turn around. Contacting the office was impossible. I selected an in person check in but still had to go through the app. Called three times on Sunday as we were stuck outside for 40 min because the code wasn’t visible on the app anymore. Finally called the 800 U-Haul number and was able to get it that way.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe lady I spoke with was very, very helpful!
Tobi STammy made my entire rental process easy. The FACILTY parking area and gate entrance, all on a tight slope, was a little challenging, and may lead to incidents from less experienced drivers.
JOHN SJust all in all when renting quicker way from start to finish
ANTHONY BNothing was like it was explained over the phone. The lady that helped us acted like she didn’t know what she was doing. We drove 2 hours & there is not a restroom????…
