The only reason I don't give this a 5 star rating is because I was only given enough miles to get to my move in location. No more. But the closest Uhaul turn in location was almost 50 miles away. I was charged so much extra because I went "over mileage" when I couldn't have avoided that even if I wanted to. I don't think that was very fair, or honest on Uhaul's part.

The drop off location was excellent. The people were beyond helpful, helping me with the trailer, unloading my car and the return of the truck. I would absolutely recommend this place for pick up and drop off of U-Haul equipment and U-Haul trucks.!

Jake SHad nothing to do with the kind folks at Rock Springs Auto Repair! IT WAS ALL U-HAUL THAT MADE THIS PARTICULAR EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE. ON TOP OF THEIR POOR SERVICE, THEY CHARGED ME TWICE AND STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IT. WHEN THEY ASK FOR A CARD FOR A “ON FILE” ONLY PURPOSE. ITS NOT FOR THAT!!!! THEY WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU AGAIN!
