I cant think of anything that would need improvement. Jennifer at rock solid is exactly that. She was awesome and rock solid! Jennifer hooked my wife and I up! She faces us a brand new 26ft truck and all the fixings. She made sure we had everything we need to move and we so much appreciate how fast and how compassionate she was towards us. This experience was the best part of us moving!! Thank you Jennifer. We so much appreciate you and U-Haul for making this a seamless experience.

JOAN LEverything was perfect!
George BFor the next customer, I wouldn’t change a thing. Jennifer was so friendly and helpful. The APP is a little confusing on the return portion. Uploading the pictures. I never did figure out how to do that.
Pamela KThey were closed no pen number to get into the facility. Finally got in the facility by following another car in . Once in no way out until another car entered.
