Please make a better drop off point for the trucks. Parking in an overrun thicket isn't ideal.
Anthony TThis was a very bad experience. System took 2 hrs. I parked my vehicle and left with the uhaul. 4 hours later I arrive back early to return the uhahul and my personal vehicle was towed. $260 to recover my personal vehicle that was reported as a stolen car. At your self service ubaul pick up location.
lashelle EWasn't rude and understood what happened and helped the best way he could. If I went through him and paid I would pay the wrong drop off fee. I would go there instead and also send people there to.
