Exceptional customer service. Our truck broke down and they put us in a hotel for the night, and hired loaders to unload and load our truck. Cierra in customer service was a terrific help.

While picking up the truck, I had an issue with app. Somehow I missed some steps and I could not figure out how to go back to those steps. I’m sure it was something that I did, but it’s frustrating when you’re doing an after hours pickup.
John HThe remote pickup and drop off was very convenient so I could get the vehicle early in the morning and drop it off late at night. Pick up and drop off did not take any longer than if there were a physical person there to do it.
Paul HU-Haul changed my pick up place told me they would take $10 off for the gas difference. They never did the new place said they would correct it. They never did. I was charged $15 more than normal and I have used the U-Haul three times for the same route. I even put $12 in the tank instead of eight and usually when I put eight it’s more than enough because I’m only going a couple miles down the road needless to say I ordered a U-Haul. It wasn’t where it was supposed to be. I had to go get it in a different place and they charged me for their Inaccuracy
gg hWhen we looked up the price for the rentals it gave us a price. When I got to the rental it was $80.00 more. I was told I needed a $440.00 deposit also. None of this was communicated with the online checking. When called the local haul they said they could reserve the rental and online wasn't needed. 80.00 is quite a difference and no mention of the deposit anywhere. The representative at the u haul was nice just too many discrepancies. Not good for honest service. Took a long time at the office.we had reservations it shouldn't have taken so long.
