Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisEverything went smoothly. The service was professional, communication was clear, and I’m very satisfied with the overall experience. Keep up the great work!
Ali AI spent 25 minutes on hold because it had to be done through the app and I'd placed my order online. Then another 20 mins on the phone
Darren BThe issue wasn’t really the truck but the process to pick up the truck. U-Haul app didn’t show my reservation. Took 45 mins to resolve that. Then the photos would not upload that it requires. After 4 different calls to customer service this was all resolved and the reps were very helpful. I spent about 90 minutes just trying to pick the truck up. Shout out to the owner at Comfot In, though. I was exhausted & accidentally left the key in the truck. He sad “not to worry” I went to the hotel and he had run out to the truck and had my key at the counter. He verified I was who I said I was and he was very kind.
