Was close by and staff was very nice. So I have no input.

Michael CThis truck should not be on the road without service
Dawn HLiked the openness to access the trailer and the gentleman that helped get everything hooked up and checked out was very professional. Would use them again if needed.
Michael VWow! Worst customer experience ever. Lied to and then the mgr backed out of our agreement and started berating my daughter and wouldn’t keep their agreement. I went in to ask what the problem is why is my daughter crying in the car? He started yelling at me and balled his fist up and pretended he was going to punch me. I almost slapped out of pure reflex. Maybe he should communicate with his staff before jumping to conclusions and threatening customers. Google Maps review is next. If I were U-Haul, I’d not be associated with this type of behavior.
