Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWow! Worst customer experience ever. Lied to and then the mgr backed out of our agreement and started berating my daughter and wouldn’t keep their agreement. I went in to ask what the problem is why is my daughter crying in the car? He started yelling at me and balled his fist up and pretended he was going to punch me. I almost slapped out of pure reflex. Maybe he should communicate with his staff before jumping to conclusions and threatening customers. Google Maps review is next. If I were U-Haul, I’d not be associated with this type of behavior.
Brian WBrad is a superb steward of the UHaul brand and product. Any time I have rented a trailer from this location, I have had only top quality service and support from pickup to return. Cannot recommend this location more highly, thanks to Brad and his team at The Thumb Year Round Garden Supply.
Kerry MNo changes for me. Good experience and convenient location. However, the game of returning with the same amount of fuel (a partial tank) was stupid. I had to add fuel before starting my moving activity; had tank been full, I would made one simple stop to fill it up instead of two stops (fuel to drive then fuel to match start level).
James gTruck needs wipers blades replaced. In the rain couldn't see anything.
