There was no one onsite at the time of my rental pick up, I was told where my trailer was located, I backed up to the 6x12 trailer and was expected to attach it to my vehicle by myself, the issue with that is I’m a disabled veteran and an amputee (left leg). Did I try, yes and ended up pulling a muscle in my right forearm because of the weight of the tongue on these trailers, it is a 2 person job. I had to call back for the operator to call someone to help, the help said this was his day off because it was raining. This establishment needs to do better.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat service we happen to have a blow out on the way to our destination. U-Haul made it so simple I just called them and they got someone out there under a hour to change the tire and get me back on the road. We appreciate the professionalism.
