Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLocation was locked and no one there. Attendant showed up with small child and not fully focused on customer. WiFi not working so attendant could not easily pull up records. U-Haul sent customer to wrong location per receipt and cost customer more money to get another ride to pick up.
Christian VPickup location was changed without approval. This created a logistic inconvenience. I had to drive 70 miles out of my way to get unit. While the U Haul dealer was excellent, I probably won't use U Haul again.
