Martha RU-Haul is great and so accommodating! The size vehicle I needed had not been returned like the customer said, and the manager called around to see if there was another available, and in the meantime, he called the person who rented it and contacted me to tell me it would be available at the very time the next day that I needed it. So I give U-Haul a five star rating. They are very professional, personable, respectful and polite of your needs.
