Your service is atrocious. I reserved and had confirmation of my rental and two days before was told I would have to drive 45 minutes one way to pick it up in a different location. Unacceptable. If you confirmation availability, you should deliver to the promised location. You provide non jack to load/hook up and unhook the trailer.

The inside driver side and passenger windows were filthy - they had dried on liquid that on the driver's side had to be cleaned to see the mirror clearly. That was noted at turn in. The vehicle also had a strong musty smell. We stopped at the first gas station and bought an air freshener and hung from the passenger visor. The smell was also noted at turn-in. Otherwise it was clean and the person helping me was very friendly. The truck and trailer were out front waiting when I arrived. the main cargo area of the truck was clean, the upper shelf was not.
