I did the drop off before they were open and they took care of everything. I called them after they opened and they were very nice and took care of everything as I had to rush to get a plane.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe check out representative was pleasant and easy going! Would recommend for further business.
Kiah TIcy, snowy parking lot. Everything else ok. Location was fine but the uncertainty not knowing where to pick up the truck until 24 hours before was a major negative. Originally was in a bad neighborhood and 10 miles from where we had to load.
Kirk PIt was supposed to have 19.95, then the bill comes with 99 dollars
Freras AMake sure proper maintenance is done on the vehicle. It's the little things that matter. That one incident turned my opinion from excellent experience to wouldn't rent there again
