The gentleman who helped me (both when checking out and returning) was very nice, helpful, and conscientious about making sure the truck was up to his standard. I will very likely rent from this location again.

Drop off at night (around 9pm) was confusing and not clear. Site is very large and offers lots of services (gas, car wash, convenience store, office storefronts) in addition to U-Haul drop off. Some areas well light but drop off area was behind the buildings on site and was desolate and not clear where or how to do the drop off. Of course the app made things pretty easy with the vehicle itself but what to do with the key when done was not. Ultimately, walked around to the convenience store and found a cashier, behind a smoky plastic enclosure, to drop off key. The cashier was accommodating & helpful, once I determined he was the only person on this site who might be able to assist me, but the site and the experience was less than user friendly and the area behind the buildings where I had to leave the u-haul was desolate and a bit creepy.
JANET DThe pickup app did not work and ended up making our pickup an hour late, when we were not able to extend the reservation for an hour. The truck did not have the reserved equipment and was somewhat dirty. It had left behind items in it.
Cameron JI was charged for fuel even tho I brought it back with fuel level same as I took.
