DIANNE HHad to do self-check in for truck return. Took a lot longer than we thought, as it wasn’t accepting codes on the Dropbox, and would circle back to same steps after they had been completed. Finally had to leave because boys would miss their flights. Called to confirm everything was returned correctly, and verified with staff, and it was. Just wasn’t clear before we left that it was completed properly. But staff was nice and checked everything and sent a confirmation email of everything. All in all everything worked out great.
