Location was much further off the beaten path than I had expected. The extra mileage (and time) I used to get there didn't warrant the discount I was given. Again the process to upload photos of truck's condition DID NOT WORK after several attempts. Had to contact service line for help after a frustrating 30 min.

Carroll J.Very tight drop off location. Very difficult to maneuver the 26 footers safely. Very courteous and helpful people on that end too.
