I paid way more than a I have ever. I was charged over 72 miles when in fact I only used it locally and made 4 trips to the storage room which was less than 5 miles away…the most I drove was 45 miles but was charged over 72. The odometer must be reading double.

Ron SThe self service app did not work, so I had to call uhaul twice, and wait for the place to open as it never worked. Then the local person saw me standing out in the cool wind and refused to open even a minute before 9am. We made eye contact. She would not budge. I get that there are things you have to do prior to opening, but dang, you could let me inside with a friendly smile and a reassurance that you're sorry the company's app didn't work but that you are working to get me all set. I get that the app's malfunction wasn't her fault, but it's still your company and therefore her problem to deal with, not ignore while I wait outside staring at you through a window with no communication. Then, after I finally got the keys to the truck, I found the utility dolly was shoved across the front seats so that I could not leave without pulling the truck forward to access the back door, and then having to pull this heavy and awkward metal utility dolly down from the cab to put it in the back where it belongs. They cannot shove that thing in there and expect it to be ready to be driven away. It's by far the worst part of the experience and honestly I'm lucky I didn't hurt myself trying to fanagle the thing out and then lift it into the back. I have enough moving to do, why would you break my back or twist my ankle from the odd angle one has to stand on the step to reach the dolly to lift and pull it out - all before I even started my actual move?? It's terrible customer service.
