I had started a rental application online only for the website to crash. I started a second one and was able to receive a confirmation number. Once at the location, the gentleman said I had reserved two vehicles, but I advised him I had only received one confirmation number. I was able to log in from my phone to obtain the key. In my opinion the vehicle had not been sanitized per Covid standards as the cab was filthy.Genevieve C.

Call center was rude as they called at 810 to tell us the 10 foot truck was not in and we would have to go to Russell to pick it up the truck the folks at the pick up point were great and made up for the rude call centerWAYNED R.

The guy at this location was completely cold to me , not sure why ? I felt like I was disturbing him , every time I ask for help , he was really making me see that I was disturbing him unnecessarily, for him I just had to figure out on my own how the process works on my iPhone and not disturb him , I lost valuable time trying to figure ou things on my own , very frustrating experience with this guyAlphee L.
The driveway is very hard to move around. Adding freezing rain, made it even more difficult to return our trailer. One staff who hooked up the trailer was very nice but the one working then counter was awful.JEAN-MARC C.
The location is disorganized and cluttered. When I arrived, the clerk was not welcoming and it felt as though I was a bother going there for my rental. Lesson learned: Customers should not agree to rent a vehicle for less than a full day. My move took longer than I estimated, and this location had reserved the same vehicle for another customer for pickup after my scheduled return time. According to the document which was emailed to me afterwards, it appears that I have been charged an additional day's rental due to the late return.James B.

Nothing to improve for the next customer. This was my first time renting a U-HAUL vehicle. A little nervous. The staff were friendly, very helpful, and even pulled my rental vehicle out of the parking space at the beginning and even re-parked my rental vehicle upon my return. Excellent serviceANTHONYW E.
The customer service representative at the front desk was very rude, did not even say hello when we walked in the door simply said â€œyou received a text messageâ€ and pointed us towards the door. He remained rude throughout our interaction. The customer service agent helping to hook up the trailer was pleasant and helpful. When we went to return the trailer it was very difficult to return the trailer to a spot and the only two spots remaining were very tight and between other trailers, with trucks parked immediately in front of the empty spots. The parking lot is not very large and it was difficult to back the trailer up into a spot given the location of the other trucks and trailers.DANIEL R.
