Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe app doesn’t work, it takes forever to get approved at check in, there was no one there to help. Some random guy showed us how to get the lock to match our code.
Ashley PThe gas tank was punctured. Poorly informed of the place to pick up and return the truck keys.
Cleyton MI was on time to pick up truck and staff was 30 minutes late. Left key in the box and was charged an extra day because the truck wasn’t processed back in by staff. Took several days to get my credit for over charge. Staff is scored an -10
JOHN Lit fucking sucked!!!! the day before i'm supposed to get my truck, i get a phone call saying that UHAUL overbooked the trucks in my city. HOW??? How do you not know how many trucks you have??? I booked my truck months in advance for my move-out day, so therefore that truck should BE THERE WAITING FOR ME TO USE IT. And THEN the person on the phone didn't inform me that I was not getting a 15 foot truck like i had booked, but a 10 foot truck instead. SO SURPISE!!!! WE HAVE 5 SQUARE FOOTAGE LESS OF TRUCK. We had to dump our SOFA, ARM CHAIR, AND MATTRESS all ON THE STREET because UHAUL didn't have MY TRUCK. I lost more time, money, and items in this move than ever before.
