DEBORAH M45 minutes late to open for pick up of equipment
WILLIAM HI arrived about a half hour early (8:30am), which was a half hour after the posted opening time (8:00am). They door was locked. About five minutes before my pick-up time (9:00am) someone appeared in the building and waved me in. He asked me for my driver's license to take a picture of it (I already submitted a picture of my driver's license on line). He printed out a form, circled several things on the form, and handed it to me and I left. with the rental truck without instruction. The man spoke broken english an not sure if he understood much of what I said. I did not see him initially enter the building, I suspect he slept there overnight. I could be wrong, a truck did pull into the parking lot for a short period of time an left, but I did not notice anyone getting out of the truck. The truck made a loud ticking sound but I assumed that was not a problem. The truck was clean and road smoothly.
