Location was clean, staff friendly, and trailer ready. The trailer had a maintenance issue that resulted in the need to exchange it the next day at a location significantly further away from my home due to shaking the entire vehicle.

Raymond FHad truck no Blankets, dollies, or carts. They say the company never sends them . Customer service said they must have them. I called customer service back and talked to same agent. She basically called me a liar because i called store and confirm that they didn't have items. Rude, the worst thing thats not even the store I reserved the truck at. Had to drive 20 extra miles to get screwed. Ill try budget next time.
