It’s a Uhaul rental at a sketchy motel with a tiny parking lot that was nearly impossible to find a spot large enough for a 20 foot box truck. To add to the frustration there is little to no room to get a picture of the truck for the mobile drop off. This is a bad location

RICHARD BHi, I took pictures of the inside of the truck TRASH EVERYWHERE! I had to clean out the cup holders they were black with dirt in them, I had to clean the back inside of the truck it was BAD!!!! They said so much gas was in it was not now they are charging me for gas that I put in the truck!!! I want a parcel refund.
Michele HThe person I met at the motel counter runs the motel and not the U Haul service. She did not check in the equipment. When I asked her who checks the equipment in she gave me a phone number to call. There is no indication at this location of who to call if you drop off your rental after hours. Seems kind of strange not to have signage.
