The guy who helped me check in and hook up was super kind and helpful. Towing was a lot easier than anticipated. Only downside is I didn't see the text about submitting pictures of the U-Haul before I took off

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey stole money from me and lied about why they stole it. They said I parked the trailer on the neighbors property and when I escalated the situation, the story then changed to I drove on the neighbors property and ruined their grass. All a lie, the lady at the location was extremely rude and the location was never opened when they were supposed to be. The upper management guy was also extremely rude and did not give me the money that was taken from me from the lying lady. I even sent pictures that I have already submitted to the BBB as well as the State Consumer Protection Offices.
Sarah THeadlights were dim. Windshield wipers were old and broke early in trip.
David PTruck windows were dirty inside and out, trash under the seat. Hard to use mobile app for pickup, was unsure where gps wanted me to be to valid right location in app.
