The lock took me over an hour to open. Seemed frozen. I called customer support and after 14 transfers to the "correct" department I didn't need to waste my time with their lack of knowledge.

RANDOLPH EI was provided an incorrect pickup address. No one was present at the location that I was sent to. A trailer that appeared to be the 1 I'd reserved was sitting out front, the address I was at matched the 1 provided to me by U-Haul, but since no one was there, I assumed the trailer was placed there for me to pickup, so I did so. I was later accused of stealing the trailer by the employee that I spoke to on the phone. We ended up getting everything settled over the phone, but U-Haul really needs to make sure they're providing correct addresses to their customers and that employees are present to avoid confusion. Very frustrating experience overall.
