Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe agent assisting on the phone should’ve known this was a mobile site only. When I requested a counter service site. It took me 30 minutes to get the vehicle because I had to upload everything. The place that they’re at is a crackhead hotel off Highway eight it felt very unsafe and creepy. The whole experience was awful other than the truck was clean.
Tammy EI despise needing to rely on technology! When I spend my money, I want to deal with a human person. I probably will do anything and everything in my power to never have to rent a UHaul truck again in my life!
debbie tCell service was very bad at dropoff, could not access mobile return. Service completed the return process for me
Tevin HPick up location was rather sketchy. The truck’s gas tank was almost empty when I picked it up…didn’t get two mile down the road when the low fuel warning came on. Returned it with the “miles to empty” warning reading 48 miles so they had the audacity to charge me extra for gas. The u-haul truck was an okay rig, about what I expected. The online pickup process wasn’t so hot.
