The cab of the truck smelled strongly of marijuana & they did nothing about it. Didn't even offer a discount or a different vehicle. The deck was filthy I had to sweep it out before I could use it and then I swept and mopped it out before returning it back to the location. And the employee did nothing about that either. My mileage was incorrect what I received my vehicle so they took off 2 miles from my total miles used to compensate for the miles that were extra on the odometer from when I picked it up.candi P.
I had a lot of issues with picking up the Uhaul truck even after making the reservation on the U-Haul app. When I went to pick up, I encountered issues first starting when I had to enter my niece's info and wait till someone from uhaul to call her and verify my identity. Then as I was checking the vehicles ID number and comparing it to the same number on the app, it asked me if there was additional drivers I went to enter no and the app started me back to the beginning. So I went inside to talk to someone to figure it all out, the girl working first told me that they didn't have the truck on site. I told her that in fact the truck is outside and I already confirmed the number. And as well as having a representative just called my niece, she didn't say anything about the truck not being available. Then the girl at the counter said the truck was out of service. I was losing my patience with it all. So after verifying my reservation and checking on the vehicle, i was told that they had to go and put gas in it making me have to wait longer. When I finally got in the truck, it wasn't very clean and it smelled like cigarettes. No one came out with me to go over the truck. I didn't have to sign anything or even given any paperwork. I thought they wasn't very professional. Then when I returned the truck, I went into the office to let them know I was returning the truck, and the man working just said, â€œthank you and good byeâ€! I thought he'd check on the truck to make sure everything was good. Again, lacking professional service. I wasn't too happy from the start to the end of my reservation.Sherry D.
Returned the truck earlier than contract stated. Am now being charged for a extra day because they did not submit the paperwork and turn in information.Larry B.
