These drop off places are not open on Sundays and that can cost the renter extra money. No one to talk to about anything, no one to help (if you are a woman alone) and no one to help with the app. It was easy to find, and plenty of space to drop the trailer but there should be an easier way to indicate you dropped off the equipment. The app can be confusing to someone who is NOT "app savvy" or older customers such as us. But the actual drop off site was easy to find and clean. I would only recommend drop offs to any of the locations IF there is a phone number with someone answering or the drop off site is open. There's no fool-proof way to secure the trailer once you drop it off.

They try to say I returned the truck with 1/4 tank of gas when I clearly returned it with the 3/8s stated and charged me $35 extra on my card never again lost a customer that's for sure there was garbage from the previous person who rented it
