DEREK WWhen I arrived, I was told there wasn't a reservation. I pulled up my reservation number and showed the person behind the counter and he then acknowledged the reservation. I felt like I was on my own from the moment I arrived. No clear directions of where to go or if I was in the right place. Person working at gas station put gas station customers first and I had to keep waiting as he assisted people arriving instead of me. I had to complete all the "paperwork" on his ipad myself. No assistance given with hooking up trailer even when requested. Hard intersection to leave from. Busy business where the U-haul seems to take a backseat for customer service. Hurt myself pulling out trailer and hooking it up to my vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this location or U-haul based on this experience.
Jill WDrop off could not have been any easier or more convenient. It’s at a well priced gas station so we filled up the truck and dropped it off in one stop.
Wendy TNo fuss at all just dropped it off, I was surprised that it was just a gas station so maybe make a note of that on the receipt next time but I had no problems here
