The app was slow to load while picking up my rental. The service provider was helpful.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGot charged for a uhaul that I didn’t rent and when I tried to use customer service email to respond when I did actually rent a uhaul there were errors and nothing would send.
Riley SThe directions for the lock box was vague amd confusing- partly due to the location- there were buildings and warehouses everywhere and I didn’t know where to go and it took 20 minutes to locate the lockbox. The Uhaul app was not working properly and I couldn’t upload pictures for check in. It ate up an hour of my scheduled time just to get going.
Robert BHad reservations for 5:30 pm pick for truck they said it was unavailable but ended up figuring it out but didn’t get to leave until 6pm so I was not only late but charge for being late when he started my time at 5:30pm
Ricardo MClarify your charges and minimize surprises. I was initially charged $66 but eventually you took out of my card 107 even when I returned the vehicle one hour before the allotted time. Kindly clarify your fee structure at the onset not on return.
