We rented dollys, carts, and blankets for the move. We showed up in the morning to nothing in the truck. I reported that at check in and no one reached out to make it right. I had no choice but to get on the road so my day was made much harder and longer because of not having the equipment I rented. THEN I get charged for the rentals that I didn't even get? Terrible customer service, will not recommend.
MATTHEW Sthe check in process took way to long, they ask that you be onsite 10 min early to assure you can leave at your scheduled time. The entire process took closer to 35 min, there needs to be a way to streamline the process
Nicole JTruck smelled like cigarettes a little bit. But other than that and the truck only having a quarter tank of gas, it was all good!
Nickolas GDirty beat up truck. Low on fuel and bad fuel gauge. Unhelpful absent staff.
