I received a disregarding and very disrespectful phone call from the customer service representative that stated I need to return the truck by 10 a.m. Monday morning because it has a reservation yet the fact that I reserved the truck from 11:30 a.m. 2 Monday 11:30 a.m. I believe I'll do a refund on top of a man named Tom that works at the Northern Ohio location when I was beginning to pull off of the lot I noticed that the mileage and the documentation did not match I went inside and stated this to Tom he said he would correct it I returned the vehicle at approximately 10:15 a.m. Monday morning 10:30 8 a.m. Monday morning and there was no one there to rent a truck nor were they waiting I believe personally that Cindy as a personal bias against me because she wants said that I made a mistake and did not pay where in fact the money was in my account I was paying with a card we were given a few days to pay and we paid it we're loyal customer and do not appreciate being lied to and then charged $102 before we can rent a truck again we have to pay $100 because Cindy lied to me when she called I already reserved the truck until 11 a.m. 11:30 a.m. Monday on Friday they said nothing about returning it at 10 a.m. I believe I'm due a refund she was rude over the phone Tom can Concur and confirm that he was going to say that he has to change the mileage because of mileage do not back door to the gas match charity Shirley if there are some things in this text that don't make sense the key is this I rented the truck from Friday 11:30 a.m. to Monday morning 11:30 a.m. Tom on Tom on his own accord noted his attention show me Shirley Shirley that he would change the mileage because it was inaccurate with documentation I'm being charged $100 before I can rent customer service from Cindy with trap she was rude I had a horrible attitude towards my significant other also did not say hello and made some under breast remarks this is being done with Google Voice typing I don't have time to correct it you can infer bottom line I did not get the truck for the full amount which I paid for the mileage and the dam gas mileage was inaccurate Tom customer service email I either want to refund or some type of compensation or the amount being decreased or a formal apology from your customer service representative because that our e that was taken from us which we paid for prevented us from making money that we need it to get the gas filled up snd feed our Family.CHARITY S.

i never made it to my destination. your garbage truck started smoking shaking and the wheel almost fell off of the axle. trucks are not maintained. roadside assistance is pointless. liars. left us stranded by the roadside for hours. fire the head of customer service. fire the ceo. trash company.robert K.

The UHaul already had damage and needed maintenance that was not done. Huge crack in the windshield, check engine light on the entire day, and wrench icon on the entire day. Worst one I've ever driven, took more gas than anything before.Orion H.

Very grateful for the help when I was in a bind. The only thing I would suggest, is allowing us to drop off the U-Hauls at a closer location and still get the same rate. I ordered a 6x12 enclosed trailer. If I were to return it to the same location the cost would be $29.95. To drop it off at another location, which would be closer to my new home, it would cost over $100. With U-Haul as a company, you would think you'd get the same rate dropping it off at another U-Haul location. That's the only suggestion that I have. Everything else was great.MISTY S.
