We dropped off after hours. Dropped off parking location was not marked so we had to guess at that. We also rent a storage unit and personnel have been helpful

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI returned the truck and no one was there to receive it and the office was closed and locked up. It was in normal business hours. There was a phone number posted on the office door to call but no answer and it went to voicemail. I ended up calling another location in town to see if I could return it there and that person was very helpful and told me I should leave the keys in the drop box and she would check the truck in for me so that's what I did.
