I had chosen a different location. U-Haul switched me to this location. I ordered supplies to go with my order, and I called when I heard my location was changed and was told they should be available at my new location. They were not and I had to make a second trip to my first location to pick them up. The lady at my pick-up site had difficulty loading my second driver. The app did not work for me to add. Had to wait on hold for quite a while to talk to customer service to add. App was troublesome for taking photos of the U-Haul. Overall entire process for pick up of U-Haul and ordered supplies took nearly 2 hours.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe biggest challenge with this drop-off location was simply finding and understanding where to go. The instructions in the app were very limited, with little descriptive information about the location or where the key drop was located. We spent the first 10 minutes just trying to figure out if we were even at the correct location. The phone number provided for assistance went directly to a voicemail for someone named Michelle, which wasn't particularly helpful when we needed immediate guidance. The storefront was also quite a distance from the actual truck drop-off area and tucked away in a small alcove, making it difficult to see from where the truck was parked. As a first-time customer and someone new to the area, the experience was confusing and frustrating. That said, now that I know where everything is and how the process works, I don't think it would be a bad location to use again. My recommendation would be to improve the app instructions and provide clearer signage so first-time customers can complete the drop-off process more easily.
