While this location does not have an on-site office, the staff is very responsive and helpful. Don't go into the car dealership looking for information or the U-haul office. It's not there. On the day you are scheduled to pick up the equipment you receive a text with a phone number. You call the number and they walk you through the process. I have rented from this location before and the equipment was spread around kind of carelessly. This time the trucks and trailers were neatly lined up by size. I got in to town and had to change my plans slightly. I called the number in the text asking if I could pick up on the next day. They said it was not a problem. When I did pick up the trailer I texted a pic of the trailer number and a pic of the trailer hooked to my vehicle and I was off and running. The trailer was in good shape and clean. It pulled well and I had no problems with it on my trip.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisJennifer is terrific. I am so happy that she was my local agent
James PJennifer was so kind. You could tell she was very busy, she still took time to visit and chat with me while the paperwork was getting done. I never felt rushed or hurried. She was so pleasant to work with and had everything done in a very timely manner. I do recommend this location.
