It was nice to know that the establishment could be understanding with the hail storm the rain storm the truck was reserved the ones that were picking up the reservation patient amazing I will refer thank you so much it means a lot. This place is awesome

michael V.Your truck leaked a 2 foot spot of oil on my driveway. I'm not happy. 1/8 of a tank of gas and I don't that is good customer service. I took a picture of it because I was astounded at how low the gas was. However, boy am I glad that I did that because the guy in charge of this U-Haul location told me that it was 8 gallons short and I was charged over $65 and gas and fuel surcharge fees. I took a picture of the receipt for my business thankfully, so I was able to send both of picture of the dash with a timestamp on it and the original mileage as well as the receipt for the gas that I put into her truck. I call all location and he told me basically that I was lying and that he didn't know me and couldn't trust me and that gas got safe and out of their trucks all the time. I was shocked at this level of horrible customer service. I called and sent my pictures to the customer service reps at U-Haul and they immediately refunded me. As far as I'm concerned, I should not ever be in charge of customer service. Also, I would look up this truck and get the oil leak fixed it is pretty bad because I only had it parked in my driveway for an hour
