When we arrived, the individual who knew about Uhaul rentals was not there despite the fact that we arrived during business hours. He eventually appeared, but they had to struggle to find the key to the truck. The location is not inviting with junk car parts strewn all around. When we finally took possession of the truck, it was badly leaking oil such that the oil pressure light came on and the truck was about 4 quarts low on engine oil when I reached my house (about 10 miles from Uhaul pickup place). I called Uhaul who sent a mechanic to my house to fix the leak and fill the truck's engine with oil. All of this took about four hours at a time when I was trying to get ready to leave on my moving trip and did not have lots of time to spare. It was a bad experience. I've rented from Uhaul before and have always experienced better service.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck had issues. The brake lights stayed on unless you hooked the brake pedal and pulled it up to turn it off. The air conditioner worked well, but the plenum door actuators didn't work properly, so the slightest acceleration redirected the air to a different outlet. The gas milage was good and the truck was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.
