The service here was really cool as well here and the person who take care of me was very laid-back and easy for me to talk to as we went through the process of the drop off

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMade me feel uncomfortable checking under the hood to see if battery was there. Also no equipment available but system said there was. Had me driving around to different locations looking for one.
Frankie GOnly one young guy who was fielding phone calls, rentals, etc. Four other people in the office getting coffee, trying to use a computer, handling phones but not Uhaul rentals apparently. Offices were sloppy and a mess and judging by the dust had been that way a long time.
FRANK PRude and unhelpful
SHIRLEY VI was quoted and an amount once I return the vehicle to my destination I will get a refund. I never did receive a refund for returning the truck in early.. I was not happy with that at all.
