Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe trailer I rented was extremely bouncy and had a persistent vibration while towing, both empty and with a vehicle loaded. The issue continued at different speeds and made the towing experience uncomfortable and concerning. The trailer also appeared to have been poorly maintained or heavily used. One of the fenders was already bent when I picked it up, which added to my concerns about the overall condition of the equipment. Unfortunately, the pickup location itself was not very welcoming either. Between the condition of the trailer, the towing behavior, and the customer service experience, I was disappointed with this rental and would not feel comfortable renting this particular trailer again.

Kevin TThis location is terrible! The woman at this location didn't speak any English and we don't speak Spanish, so she had to get someone on the phone to talk to us. It seemed as if they weren't even expecting us, even though I had confirmed our pickup verbally and through the app. We had to wait way too long without having any idea what was going on. I was told to pay $30 for a hitch to the front desk woman. She didn't want to take a credit card, so we paid her $20 cash. Then I still got a $32 charge on my credit card on file for the hitch. Then, when we went to the yard to get the trailer, the woman initially put the hitch on upside down. This was my worst U-Haul experience ever!
