Drop off was easy, I bought insurance so I didn’t have to worry about them not checking the condition of the truck but it would help ease the renters mind if they would check the truck and validate that there’s nothing wrong with it before walking out of the drop off facility.

daniel BU-Haul was given to us not full of gas as said it would be. So we filled it to where it was when returning and were still charged $68.I sent a message about it, have gotten no response. I've tried to call no one answers the phone.

JAMES PI am so impressed with U-Haul. It is one of my favorite companies now. I liked working with everyone I worked with. Everything was sooooo easy and efficient. I actually look forward to the next time I have to rent a truck!
