They didn’t have my truck ready they had to call and it was a mess I wouldn’t rent again !

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe guy would not come out to inspect the truck or check the gas gauge. He refused to give me a receipt. He charged me $40 for an extra day rental when I returned it 10 min late due to traffic congestion. He also charged me $24 for 3 gallons of gas when I filled it to exactly the same level of gas as when I picked it up. And he charged me $50 to clean the truck because I didn’t know I had to fold the blankets. I wasn’t told I had to fold the blankets and the truck was as clean as when I picked it up. Overall, I was charged an extra $135 which I am disputing with my credit card company. This location should not be an authorized U-Haul drop off. It’s very unkempt. The guy that works there is very rude and refuses to come out and inspect the truck to make sure everything is OK then fabricates charges as he did to me. Thank God, I took pictures of everything, including the gas gauge and inside the trailer.

Teresa PFelt like I was in the hood when I was picking up the keys, which was handed to me by a convenience store owner. Vehicle was great - new, perfect size, great on gas. Overall good experience. You need a third oprion of "Hell no" for the question "Would you recommend this location to a friend"
Michael FCar given was not what was reserved, however, i made it work. Car was dirty. Process took too long.
