Bryce LThey did not hook the trailer up for us. When asked she told us we were good to hook it up and go. It was dirty inside. Not a hundred miles down the road the passenger tire blew out leaving us stranded on the side of a very busy interstate. We waited approximately 1 hour +/- The man who came to help us was great. He changed out both tires with new ones and checked the hitch. He had us driving down the road quickly.
Madelynne HI reserved a 10' truck with furniture dolly and half dozen blankets/pads. First, I had to reserve it online, then I had to check in online the night before. Not sure why there's a two-step process just to reserve it. Then I go to pick up the truck and try using the online check-in. It has me re-enter a lot of what I already entered the night before and then takes me through and addition myriad of steps and pictures to take. Even after that it tells me I have to go and check in with the person inside anyway. On top of that, they tell me that they don't even have any dollies or blankets/pads! So then I had to go to Home Depot to rent a furniture dolly and use old blankets from my home just to get this move done. Then when I dropped it off, it takes you through another dozen steps in the app and prompts you to take a ton of pictures. It's just a huge pain in the ass to rent a U-Haul through the app and I didn't even get what I paid for and reserved.
