I needed to drop off after hours and uhaul said I could do that here. i had to rush and turn it in while the business was open in order to return it because i couldn’t drop it off in a lot after hours—only on the street.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe truck had problems. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. They didn’t have any of the equipment that I asked them to hold for me. The manager of that area dodged my phone calls then once I talked to him I got cussed out. Worst experience I ever had with Uhaul. Will go to budget or Penske for now on unless this is made right. Which by the sounds of it they don’t wanna do!! Also the truck was almost completely out of gas, 12 miles to E!!
JACOB SEasy pick up. Representative was knowledgeable and friendly.
Katherine DTarek was great! He was professional, attentive, and even went out of his way to be sure I had everything I was suppose to get when my pick up changed to his location last minute. He made everything so much easier.
TEE FExcellent Customer Service!!!! If your going to a UHAUL Center. This is the BEST!!!
