The front desk employee who helped us out, Kelly, was spectacularly helpful and upmost kind and knowledgeable.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI paid for a dolly in advance there was no dolly plus I was charged for a safe move which I didn’t agree too
Gregory BThank you for the great experience
Kimberly JThe worst drop off location ever. I returned the truck and then they called me a few days later saying my lock was left on the truck. It wasn't my lock that was left on the truck and I drove all the way there to confirm it (waited 10+ minutes as they had rented the same truck to someone else WITH the mystery lock on it). Then they called me the next day and said I was going to be charged $100 for the lock??? Absolute terrible experience and would never ever ever recommend that drop off location or store. What a headache.....!
Justin BDid not have dollies. Did not let me do a one way move. Forced me to return the truck to them. Complained that I returned the truck 30 minutes before closing time...
