The u-haul did not come with a hand truck as requested. Vendor was nice but asked me to sign a receipt that still had the fee included . I think going to a regular u-haul location works better for me because it has all the services easily available.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe staff was very friendly and helpful. I was annoyed that UHaul moved my pickup to a location further from my reservation.
Garth GThe guy at the store was super helpful and friendly.
YVONNE SThe people in this location were nice but they told me that my experience with my truck is not them, it is with U-Haul.
Fay CWe waited 45 minutes for one customer in front of us. Then the location did not have a dolly we could use on a one way rental (which we were charged for). This delayed us and in turn cost us an extra hour of labor with the movers . This delay also affected our moving and as we lost light when we arrived to our new address and made moving more difficult than necessary.
