Roberto Alex P.Because of the bad service, I was told that I could use the packing blankets and the dolly at no charge. The dolly was already had a broke seal, and I broke the seal on the packing blankets. However, you guys are charging me for them take the charges off.
Ronald H.Brought the truck back cleaner than I received it and was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. Worker did not even look at the truck inside or outside.
Monty N.I was told just a few days before pickup that their was no availability and I would have to pick up at alternate site 12 miles further away and then 15 miles back to my original starting point to load. When I turned in the truck I was told I had exceeded the miles allowed by 28 miles and was charged an additional $30 dollars. And this extra mileage was also part of the miles I was over to have to turn it in. I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau to complain about the way you all compute miles as it is dishonest.
