App was difficult to use and get started to get the key. Area that the truck was located looked like an abandoned area and very sketchy.

John LThe owner was great. The website is an issue please look into it. Not only did the owner have issues but I did as well.
Anthony TVery nice gentleman took our rental in asked the questions needed and said thank you have a nice day.
JAMIE SThis locations address is on a corner of a block but the property extends halfway through the block. If you reach the GPS address it may bring you to a closed gate with a padlock on it. No way to drop off your rental equipment. If you go around the block and attempt to reach the back gate, it was also locked and closed. I had to leave the truck parked in an awkward location on half grass half dirt area next to dumpster. UHAUL key drop off box is located at the back gate.
