I am very disappointed with this rental. There was no transparency about the fees. I was only told I’d be charged $1 for extra miles I put gas and was charged for gas so I need that refunded. My car broke down, called the location let them know we were running late, they charged me $40 for extra day. This is outrageous! I’m charged 108 dollars extra
phane lIt wasn't clear where to pick up the truck but we eventually found it. In addition, there was some liquid in one of the cup holders to be quite honest with you, smelled like urine. I didn't have time to wait for the issue to get resolved so I took are of it myself but really didn't appreciate the fact that the truck hadn't been cleaned.
JOSEPH MEverything was as advertised. Truck was in good condition and staff was very helpful.
