Everything was great except for the U-Haul system trying to switch the drop off location from the nearby Sanford location to Midland which is 15-20 minutes away. We did not appreciate having to insist with the U-Haul representative that our contract allowed us to drop off the trailer at Sanford. He eventually agreed to the dropoff as per the contract terms.

MARK KI made a last minute reservation for the trailer online. When I got there, the trailer was there. Your system works and is invaluable to this customer. The rental center was quick and efficient. The trailer was clean and functional. Owner was helpful and professional. Great experience!
