The parking lot where they store them is to small. If someone doesn't no how to back up with a trailer they would not have been able to get it out.

virginia B.With the exception to the lady working the front desk, the rest of the staff was rude. God forbid a customer let someone know someone was there, after standing there several minutes, to pick up a scheduled uhaul. Location was extremely run down and in need of some repairs. When given the truck and trailer nothing was done for a walk around. One of the straps used to hold the vehicle down was frayed at pickup and ended up breaking just as I arrived at my location, thankfully.

JOHN J.Getting the trailer dispatched was a PAIN. But I will give grace because it was on a Sunday. My negative comments comes from the fact that the cab was not clean at all. The cup holders were full of grime, and the floor was covered with considerable amount of dirt. At the rental facility itself I encountered challenging terrain in order to drive away with the truck.
