Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI had ordered moving blankets, which were not there. Also, the truck leaks water as I was driving in the rain and water was coming in above the seatbelt attachment on the driver side above my left shoulder. Water was literally pouring down me the entire ride from Sarasota to Tarpon Springs, which was not very fun.

William WMobile pickup is the worst. The location guy was so nice and helped me fix all of the stupid issues mobile pickup problems. 0/10 experience for mobile pickup 10000/10 for the location/manager of the store. And he was kind and didn’t judge me for not being able to figure out the online piece
Chloe LI borrowed the U-Haul truck from Don and was informed that the charges would include the truck at $19.95 per day, mileage at $1.39 per mile, and taxes. No mention was made about the gas, other than it being approximately three-quarters full upon pickup. It was not mentioned that I would be responsible for refilling the tank or that there would be an additional charge for this. There was no physical contract for me to review, and no way to obtain the contract information via text or email. We returned the truck within an hour and a half, and subsequently received an invoice that included a charge for refilling the tank to three-quarters full. If Don had mentioned this earlier, I would have had the opportunity to refuel at a more favorable rate.
