I am sure I will never hear a follow up to this but this location is an embarrassment to uhaul. Every time I use them the gentlemen has done everything from yelled at me for where I park, told me to wait until he finished eating, and jump on my truck to get the trailer off. The woman is sweet and tries her best and makes it tolerable. If you undercover boss that location, it would be great TV.
