gas tank was only at 1/4 tank, tire pressure monitor was having an error so couldn't see the odometer readings and had to stop and ask to make sure that the tires weren't flat and if it was a real warning or not. Single truck parked in a field. Charged for gas that I didn't use. So, better preparations would have caused me less stress. However, the truck did perform properly and did what it was supposed to.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAbsolutely horrible. I was supposed to pick up near my place and the day before you moved me to a location 30+ minutes from my house. Your customer service on the phone was very poor also. I waited for over an hour on hold before being told there was nothing that could be done.

Alexies BI was genuinely happy, Impressed and content with my experience. The ride was smooth. The vehicle was absolutely amazing. UHaul smart share was literally a lifesaver. Probably easiest pick up and drop off ever. I am just beyond happy I chose Uhaul. Really happy with this Experience.
MANTHAN GVehicle extremely dust covered, poor condition of equipment ( Uhaul issue not local franchise issue)
